----------------
Outline:
----------------
The inauguration of CTA LST1 will be held on 10 October 2018, at the
Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos site in La Palma. On this
occasion, we will discuss future science with the CTA-North and future
plan for developing the CTA-South.
These CTA Observatories will play important parts in multi-messenger
astronomy with a global network of gravitational wave detectors, the
high-energy neutrino observatory, and other wavelength observations.
In this workshop the extreme Universe will be viewed from observational
and theoretical aspects.
Topics covered by this workshop are:
- Dark Matter
- Multi-messenger Astronomy:
- Gravitational Waves, Neutrino, X-ray, Optical/NIR, Radio
- Transients:
- Gamma-Ray Bursts, Fast Radio Bursts, Galactic Transients
- Galactic and Extragalactic Objects
- Future Plans for Gamma-ray Astronomy

This workshop is supported by the joint research program of the
Institute for Cosmic Ray Research (ICRR), the University of Tokyo and
JSPS KAKENHI Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (S), Number 17H06131
"Study of the Extreme Universe with the CTA Large Size Telescopes".
